Light pink, hot pink, deep pink, pastel pink, baby pink… The list goes on! I know it is no longer Valentines Day, but pink has always been one of my favourite colours so why not show you why with this “30 Shades of Pink” collage. I also think this is a nice way to wrap up Valentines Day as it is all about pink and red shades! If you like this kind of posts, then why not check out the other “30 Shades of” posts I have done?

Pink is such a feminine colour and I guess that is why I always have loved it. Because there are so many different shades of pink, you will be able to find something that will look absolutely stunning on your skin tone! I don’t say you can’t wear whatever shade of pink you want because you can! But I know that maybe the lightest shades of pink won’t be too flattering on my skin tone, but if I find something I am crazy in love with then I will wear it no matter what!

I think pink dresses, like the ones I have shown you above (#15, #18, #30(*)), are absolutely stunning. When I said before that lighter shades of pink won’t match my skin tone, this is what I had in mind. I don’t think I would wear this shade of pink in dresses or skirts for that matter, as you will be able to see my extremely pale legs next to the extremely pale fabric. I think I would be able to make exceptions for dresses like #15 as I think it is absolutely adorable!

I love when I see others put together outfits consisting of different shades of one colour. Especially pink! Imagine #20 (*) with a matching shade of cigarette trousers and some hot pink heels like #8 or something like #26! Another all pink outfit idea could be the skirt at #23 (*) paired with the cool leather jacket at #5 (*) with matching hot pink heels and a pink bandeau top which would match the leather skirt! Or the satin shirt at #10 paired with a darker shade of pink jeans and the ankle boots at #16(*)! If you ever end up wearing an all pink outfit, then don’t forget to share it with me!

If you are not ready for the all pink outfit yet, then why not start out with some pink accessories? My favourite accessories from the collage above have to be the croc belt at #4, and guess what? It is only £14 and available in 9 other shades as well! I think I need every one of them! I think belts are such a good way to accessorize and they can really tie an outfit together!

Pink makeup might sound a bit terrifying. Pink blush might not as that is one of the most common shades of blushes. But pink eyeshadow, pink lipstick, pink eyeliner, pink lip gloss, and pink highlighter do really sound a bit scary. I think a pink highlighter is the least scary of the ones mentioned, I actually like how a frosty pink highlight looks on me, so why not try it out yourself? A great example of a pink, icy highlighter is #3 from the collage above! If you think the whole part of “pink eyeshadow” sounds interesting, then I would recommend taking a look at THIS LOOK I made for Valentines Day where I used some of the shadows from #24.

I hope you enjoyed this 30 Shades of Pink because I really enjoyed creating it for you! I would love to know what your favourite colour is, so let me know in the comments! I hope you have had a great week so far and I hope to see you back soon! xx
