Christmas is just around the corner! The most of us tend to gather around with friends and family, which is why you might not want to use all of your time on your makeup, but still, want to look cute. For this reason, I have created this tutorial for you; an easy makeup look which only requires two eyeshadows! You can use whatever colour of eyeshadow and glitter, this was just what I would feel comfortable in. Keep scrolling if you want to see the full makeup pictorial and find out which products I used!

I started out by priming my lids with the MAC Cosmetics Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Soft Ochre. Then I used the Pointed Brush from Coastal Scents to lay down the eyeshadow “Dominatrix” (*) from the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Androgyny Palette (*). To blend out the edges of “Dominatrix” (*) I used a clean Crease Brush from Coastal Scents. For the gold glitter on the lid, I used the shade “Golden Dawn” (*) from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Ultimate Glow – Glow Kit (*). To apply “Golden Dawn” (*) I used my finger to get a more sparse effect as I wanted a more subtle look. I gently swept a clean Crease Brush from Coastal Scents through my crease to distribute any glitter particles there. I did not want them gone, but I wanted a sort of faded effect of the glitter if that makes sense.

As I wanted to apply some lashes, I applied a thin eyeliner across my eyelid with the NYX Cosmetics Matte Liquid Liner (*). If you are not intending on wearing lashes, then you can skip this step. Before I applied my mascara, I curled my lashes with the Eylure Heated Eyelash Curler (*) and then applied some of the MAC Cosmetics In Extreme Dimension Mascara to my lashes. For my false lashes, I went with the Eylure Texture Lashes 117 (*, **). After I had applied the lashes, I used the Lancôme Le Crayon Khol Eye Liner (*) to tight line on my upper waterline.

And voila! How easy is this?! In Denmark, we celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve where we eat delicious food, sing around the Christmas tree, and open presents. I definitely think that I myself are going to recreate this eyeshadow look on Christmas eve, maybe I will try with a silver glitter this time and a pink nude lipstick! Thank you so much for reading, I wish you all some happy holidays! Let me know what your favourite part is about Christmas! xx
